1. Roles
For the personal data of your leads and contacts, you (the customer) are the Data Fiduciary and ASH is the Data Processor, processing that data only on your documented instructions through the platform.
2. Scope of Processing
- Subject matter: lead-management and communication services.
- Data subjects: your leads, contacts, and customers.
- Data types: names, phone numbers, emails, enquiry messages, and related CRM data you collect.
- Duration: for the term of your subscription, plus any legally required retention.
3. Our Obligations
- Process personal data only on your instructions and to provide the service.
- Apply encryption at rest for sensitive fields, tenant isolation, and role-based access.
- Maintain audit logs of privacy-relevant actions.
- Assist you with data-subject requests (access, correction, deletion, export, consent withdrawal).
- Notify you without undue delay on becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your data.
4. Your Obligations
You are responsible for collecting valid consent, using lawful contact lists, configuring your own connected integrations correctly, and responding to your data subjects. You must not upload data you are not authorised to process.
5. Sub-processors
ASH uses vetted sub-processors (e.g. Supabase, Resend, Cashfree, PayPal, Meta WhatsApp, and analytics/monitoring providers) to deliver the service. A current list is available from your workspace privacy contact on request.
6. Data Subject Requests
The platform provides tools to export and anonymize a data subject's records and to record consent and its withdrawal. Public requests may be submitted at /privacy-request.
7. Deletion & Return
On termination, you may export your data. We delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except records we must retain for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
