1. Subscriptions & Billing
ASH plans are billed in advance for the selected cycle. Your plan and renewal date are visible in the Billing section of your dashboard.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel at any time from the Billing section. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period. We do not auto-charge after cancellation.
3. Refunds
- Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
- Payment-gateway fees, consumed usage, completed setup/onboarding work, custom development, and third-party charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.
- If a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method.
4. Failed or Duplicate Payments
Report failed, duplicate, or disputed payments to us with the payment reference, your registered email, workspace name, and transaction date, and we'll investigate promptly.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through the original gateway (Cashfree or PayPal) and may take additional time depending on your bank or card network.
6. How to Request
Email us at the address below or raise a ticket from Support in your dashboard. Include your workspace name and payment reference so we can locate the transaction.
