1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using ASH, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using ASH on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Account & Access
Client users must register an organization (workspace) before accessing the dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, API keys, and connected systems secure, and for all activity under your account. Super-admin access is reserved for authorized Crearelabs operations personnel only.
3. Acceptable Use
- Use ASH only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including data-protection and anti-spam regulations.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, abuse APIs, scrape data, or access another tenant's data.
- Obtain all consents required before messaging leads via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or calls.
4. Client Integrations
Clients are responsible for configuring their own authorized API keys, WhatsApp Business accounts, webhooks, and third-party integrations (IndiaMART, Justdial, Meta, Google, etc.) inside their dashboard where those features are available under their plan. You are responsible for compliance with each provider's terms.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscription and platform payments for ASH are collected by Crearelabs via approved payment gateways (Cashfree, PayPal). Plans renew per the billing cycle selected at checkout. You may not use ASH payment-gateway credentials for your own payment collection unless a separate written agreement allows it. See our Payment Terms and Refund Policy for details.
6. Fair Usage
AI features are included in all plans. ASH monitors AI usage internally to ensure platform stability and service quality. Excessive automated usage may require a plan upgrade or a custom enterprise agreement.
7. Suspension & Termination
Crearelabs may suspend or terminate accounts that create security, legal, operational, or payment risk, or that breach these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section; access continues until the end of the paid period.
8. Limitation of Liability
ASH is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crearelabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
